Architecture-Technical-Design, Samir Kerkeni Graduated in 2002 from the National School of Architecture and Urbanism, I have briefly collaborated with different architectural firms, my professional activity was very quickly developed by the realization of varied contemporary projects. The realization of more important projects, my human interaction abilities and my spirit of synthesis allowed me to acquire a solid experience in management and execution. In 2004, after 2 years as a freelancer desiring to firmly establish the growing professional activity, I created the ATD office.A construction should not be imposed; it should be in line with the wishes of the owner, the characteristics of the site and the administrative and technical constraints. Therefore, the architect must be the partner and adviser of the owner. Our working method is based on the dialogue with our client, whom we accompany from the beginning to the end of the construction process.From the combination of your ideas, your desires and our experience would be born the building that suits you.
